Balboa Island Boardwalk Stroll and Ferry Trip
“Last Thursday, a beautiful fall day provided perfect conditions for a Balboa Island boardwalk stroll and ferry trip. Fifteen OC Guide Dog handlers and volunteers enjoyed lunch and engaging conversation at Newport Landing restaurant. It was a delightful day spent with exceptional friends.”
OC Guide Dogs Summer Picnic
“We, at OC Guide Dogs, enjoyed our second annual summer picnic. The weather was fabulous, food was great, and the guests mingled and chatted with dogs in tow.”
South Coast Plaza Tour
On Monday, September 18 we were given a tour of South Coast Plaza by two wonderful tour guides. They explained the layout of the mall, a bit of history, and what each section was known for. We also got to go into the VIP Access Lounge where the rich and famous hang out after a day of shopping. Then we enjoyed lunch at the Claim Jumper on the outdoor patio and got first class service from the wait staff. It was a lovely day!
