Dear G.D.B Graduate,
I hope this letter finds you and your Guide well. I am writing to share some exciting news with you about a new enhancement to our Graduate Services program. As you may know, Guide Dogs for the Blind offers more comprehensive graduate support services than any other guide dog school in North America. This program will offer yet another level of service to you and your fellow GDB Alumni.
Guide Dogs for the Blind is very pleased to announce our new Support Center. The center will be staffed by a talented team with extensive and diverse expertise. This new service will provide you with personal assistance and a faster response to your general inquiries, allowing Graduate Services staff to spend more time in the field providing you and your fellow GDB grads with timely, hands-on in-home assistance.
How it works: please call the Guide Dogs for the Blind Support Center at 1-800-295-4050 when you have questions or concerns.
Calling this number first will allow staff to quickly address your requests and follow through to ensure your satisfaction, while keeping Graduate Services staff informed and available to visit with you as needed.
If you have any questions regarding this new program please contact me.
Wishing you all the best,
